Position Title: Video Editor

POSITION SUMMARY

The Video Editor will work closely with our Content Creators, who handle the filming and production of content, while taking ownership of the post-production process. The Video Editor will transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing videos designed for today's social-first audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner closely with a team of Content Creators who capture video footage in-house 
• Take raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives 
• Edit short-form, social-first videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube 
• Add graphics, transitions, motion elements, sound, and visual effects to enhance content performance 
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Maintain brand consistency across all video assets 
• Collaborate with marketing and creative stakeholders to bring campaign concepts to life 
• Additonal duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro 
• Experience with After Effects and motion graphics 
• Advanced skills in Canva 
• Understanding of social-first content and current video trends 
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills 
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities 
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities 

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience creating content for consumer brands 
• Knowledge of video performance best practices across social platforms 
• Photography, videography, or production experience 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
