Job Summary: 

The Enterprise Data Analyst integrates the technical aspects of AI with the strategic needs of a business. He/she supports data-driven decision-making and operational excellence by analyzing business data, developing dashboards and reporting tools, and leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve processes and develop ULD management products.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, and data visualization tools.
  • Prepare, clean, and validate datasets for reporting, dashboards, and AI applications.
  • Utilizes AI and advanced analytics to model data and enhance ULD management capabilities and processes. Monitors and analyzes model performance.
  • Partners with the ULD Management team to design and develop new and improve existing ULD management digital solutions and products.
  • Identifies issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; recommend and implement effective solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. 
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and evaluate AI technologies, including Generative AI and machine learning models.
  • Works closely with IT and business teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, align AI solutions with business objectives to drive innovation and efficiency. 
  • Manage risks associated with AI implementations, including data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience in business and data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency. SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Azure tools, API’s, Data modeling and ETL concepts, Generative AI platforms, Git and version control (preferred). Familiarity with AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen. 
  • Fluent written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.
