About this role

  1. Job Objective

 

Perform and review In Process quality control checks to meet the required quality compliance as per specifications.

  1. Key responsibilities (i.e. Deliverables, preferably upto 5)

Strategic and planning

  • Ensure effective implementation of IQC/PQC inspections
  • Ensure capsules produced complies to dimension specifications
  • Ensure compliance of GDP and cGMP requirements
  • Ensure compliance to safety regulations
  • Ensure CAPA compliance for customer satisfaction.
  1. Key Activities to be performed

(for fulfilling the responsibilities and meeting customer expectations)

 

  • Inspection of attribute defects
  • Checking moisture of capsules
  • Inspection of print defects
  • Online printing machine line clearances
  • Offline printing machine line clearances
  • DIS Line clearances
  • ATS Line clearances
  • Online and on time gradation of boxes in SAP
  • Offline printing checking and gradation
  • Re-inspection of offline sorted boxes
  • Brittleness checking of all machines
  • Ink rub off test
  • Printing first off inspection
  • Extraction of composite/control samples of each box
  • Back tracking of unqualified boxes for attribute and print defects as per SOP
  • Extract weight from counting reports in case boxes does not comply for individual weights
  • Camera rejection analysis
  • Dimensions of boxes and entry in SAP
  • Back tracking of boxes unqualified for dimensions
  • Rechecking of boxes permitted for online camera sorting/re-passing
  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines/ Environment Management System - ISO14001-2015 / Occupational Health and Safety - ISO45001-2018, c-GMP, regulatory & statutory compliances, TPM and other applicable norms.
