Renewals Processor I

ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company offering a portfolio of services across the vehicle lifecycle. As a Processor I, you ensure compliance by reviewing state-specific requirements, managing license and title transactions, verifying document accuracy and completeness, preparing applications and supporting materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders on transaction status and pending requirements, and researching and resolving renewal invoice issues.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Pay: $19 - $21/hr.

We are offering a $500 Total Sign-on Bonus!

 

What you will be doing:

• Review state specific requirements, manage license and title transactions
• Verify accuracy and completions of documents
• Prep applications and supporting documents
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding status of transactions. (Follow up pending requirements)
• Research and resolve issues related to renewal invoices
• Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.

• Proficient in proprietary systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Transtitle
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Problem solve and demonstrates critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail
