Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? ACE Home Services is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives!

 

Pay: $18–$20/hr + spiffs

 

Schedule:

• Seasonal role with weekends required.
• Evening shift: 3:30pm-12am
• Mid-Day shift: 12pm-8:30pm 
• Training: Training will be completed on site during normal business hours of 8am-4pm Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers

• Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits

• Communicate promotions, sales opportunities, and cross‑sell options

• Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately

• Provide general inbound customer service and support

What You Bring

• Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling

• Previous customer service experience in a trades environment (strongly preferred)

• Service Titan experience preferred 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• A team‑first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
