Novotel and ibis World Trade Centre and ibis One Central are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Digital Marketing Manager who will lead the strategic development and execution of the hotel’s digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. This includes driving performance across direct and indirect digital channels, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing digital guest touchpoints—all in alignment with Accor’s commercial objectives and digital standards. The role complements and contributes directly to the hotel’s B2C business mix while also supporting the visibility and engagement of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.

Job Description
- Develop and implement the hotel’s annual digital marketing strategy and budget, covering all relevant channels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Revenue Management, PR, F&B, and Corporate Marketing) to contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
- Design and execute comprehensive quarterly and yearly e-commerce plans for both direct and third-party platforms.
- Manage all digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEA, paid media, social media, CRM/email campaigns, display advertising, programmatic buying, influencer partnerships, and Metasearch.
- Monitor and report on performance across digital channels, analyzing key KPIs and ROI to inform decision-making.
- Oversee content production and ensure brand-consistent presence across key social media platforms relevant to target markets.
- Lead CRM strategy and manage third-party email marketing tools in coordination with hotel departments and in line with corporate guidelines.
- Support revenue optimization by monitoring rate parity and pricing integrity across all online distribution channels.
- Support awareness and engagement of Accor’s loyalty program (ALL – Accor Live Limitless) through digital campaigns, guest communications, and targeted messaging across appropriate channels.
- Ensure optimal visibility, content accuracy, and conversion performance across OTA platforms.
- Manage and enhance the hotel's online reputation across review sites and social platforms.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to maintain digital leadership within the hotel’s comp set.
- Identify digital trends and insights, adapting strategies to improve performance and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with digital agencies and external vendors.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce, preferably within the hospitality or retail sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language(s) a plus.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, analytics, and platforms.
- Proficiency in content marketing, CRM, paid advertising, and social media management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
