Job Description
- Support the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies and plans.
- Manage sourcing activities for products, raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers based on price, quality, capacity, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, MOQ, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Manage RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.
- Monitor purchasing costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Follow up on supplier deliveries and resolve issues related to delays, quality, or shortages.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, including price, quality, delivery, and service levels.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Finance, Production, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and approval requirements.
- Support and supervise the Procurement team, including providing guidance and monitoring work performance.
- Assist the Procurement Manager with strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost-saving project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing, preferably with experience at Senior or Supervisory level.
- Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills.
- Good analytical and cost-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other procurement systems.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership ability and experience in supervising or supporting a procurement team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Prefer Thai Nationality
