About this role

The Young Apprentice will work under the direct supervision of the department’s leadership and will provide essential administrative and operational support to the team.
This role is designed to offer exposure to corporate routines, build fundamental professional skills, and support daily tasks that ensure the efficiency of the department.
The position serves as an entry point for young talent who are looking to develop their career in a dynamic and structured environment.

Essential Functions

  • Support routine administrative and operational activities within the assigned area.
  • Organize, update, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Assist with reports, presentations, data control and general documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day support to team members, ensuring smooth workflow and timely communication.
  • Assist in process improvements by identifying opportunities and supporting basic analyses.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with internal teams.

Required Education and Experience

  • Age between 14 and 24, in accordance with the Young Apprentice program requirements.
  • High school completed or currently enrolled.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • No previous work experience required.

The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
