The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-oriented Clinical Scheduling Coordinator to support the scheduling team with daily operational tasks. The Clinical Provisioning Coordinator supports and is part of the scheduling team with daily operational tasks. This role assists with the management, development, and implementation of physician schedules in accordance with defined metrics and operational goals. The Clinical Provisioning Coordinator also provides feedback to internal teams such as Sales, Client Engagement and Practice Management around our ability to take on additional demand at the state and facility level. 
 


 What You'll Do

  • Generate and post Physician schedules on a monthly basis utilizing predetermined availability to strategically maximize efficiency and meet/exceed target goal parameters
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of real-time schedule changes
  • Assist with the formation of facility specific physician panels as part of implementation process, dependent upon existing & future state licensure/privileges
  • Create summaries of coverage progress and remaining deficiencies
  • Compile capacity/coverage needs by service line, by physician group, or other criteria to include a summary of progress
  • Handle physician outreach to resolve capacity and/or coverage needs
  • Assist with any shift changes, extensions, change in start/end time, trades, etc.
  • Compile reports from various data sources as needed by leadership
  • Data entry to include entering/management of physician availability/restrictions to support schedule build/management
  • Other duties as assigned


 What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years in physician scheduling or workforce management related experience 
  • Highly effective communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an emphasis on hitting key deliverables/dates
  • Detailed oriented 
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and general computer skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high growth, 100% remote, fast-paced organization
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
