About this role

At Accenture, we partner with Australia's leading organisations to solve their most complex people, workforce and transformation challenges. As our Talent & Organisation practice continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Senior Managers who can lead large-scale transformation programs, build trusted client relationships and help grow our practice.

We're particularly interested in leaders with expertise in:

Change Management

  • Leading enterprise-wide change strategies for complex transformation programs.

  • Advising senior executives on change leadership, stakeholder engagement and organisational adoption.

  • Overseeing change teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

HR Transformation

  • Shaping and delivering HR transformation strategies, operating model redesign and HR technology-enabled transformation.

  • Advising clients on future HR capabilities, employee experience and workforce effectiveness.

  • Leading large, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through to implementation.

Workforce Strategy & Future of Work

  • Advising executive leaders on workforce strategy, future workforce capability and operating model transformation.

  • Leading workforce planning, skills transformation and organisational redesign initiatives.

  • Helping clients respond to emerging workforce trends and unlock long-term organisational performance.

What you'll bring

  • Proven consulting experience leading large-scale transformation engagements.

  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior executives and influencing strategic decision-making.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience supporting business development, proposals and account growth.

  • A track record of leading and developing high-performing teams across complex client environments.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

  • A passion for delivering lasting impact for clients while contributing to the growth of our Talent & Organisation practice.
