abra's Salesforce division is seeking a Salesforce Implementer to join our team in Ra'anana.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementer who will design and implement business solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role requires expertise in automation tools and a deep understanding of service and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Characterizing and implementing business processes within the Salesforce system.
  • Setting up and maintaining complex automation tools (Flows).
  • Ongoing work with company clients to define needs and provide solutions.
  • Managing and configuring Sales and Service modules.
  • User training and professional support for implemented solutions.

Requirements

Must have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation.
  • Experience working with: Salesforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of automation tools (Flows, etc.).
  • Good familiarity with Sales & Service Cloud modules.
  • Ability to analyze service and sales processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • High self-learning capability.
  • High service consciousness towards customers.

Nice to have:

  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple parallel projects.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Admin/Consultant).
