Salesforce Implementer
About this role
abra's Salesforce Division is looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our team.
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to design and implement business solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role requires hands-on experience in business analysis, system configuration, implementation, and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Configure and maintain automations, fields, objects, and reports.
- Train and support end users on new business processes and system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to internal users.
- Prepare functional specification and system analysis documentation.
Requirements
Must have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementation Specialist.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and security configurations.
- Strong knowledge of either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong self-learning skills and the ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
Nice to have:
- Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
