abra R&D is seeking a proactive Digital Systems Analyst (Web & Mobile)!

We are looking for a Digital Systems Analyst to join a digital transformation initiative focused on a rewrite of the company’s mobile application and website.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and UX to define requirements, shape system behavior, and support the delivery of modern, user‑oriented digital products.

Responsibilities

  • The position includes collecting and analyzing business needs, writing functional and system specifications, defining user flows, supporting design and development processes, and overseeing the end‑to‑end execution of the app and website rebuild.
  • The analyst will ensure alignment across teams, identify gaps, propose solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital services.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst with hands‑on involvement in digital systems (web and mobile).
  • 1–2 years of experience in writing functional specifications
  • Experience working with multiple interfaces and development teams.
  • A background in e-commerce systems- an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, clear communication, initiative, and a sense of ownership.
