Objective of the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Spare Parts Manager to lead our parts

department for Jeep & Alfa brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the

efficient management of spare parts inventory, ensuring parts availability, managing supplier

relationships, and delivering exceptional service to both internal (workshop) and external

(retail/wholesale) customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee the daily operations of Jeep & Alfa spare parts department.

•Monitor parts inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess

inventory.

•Forecast parts requirements based on service trends and upcoming vehicle models.

•Coordinate with Subaru regional/head office for parts ordering, warranty returns, and

promotional campaigns.

•Supervise parts team staff: hiring, training, setting objectives, and conducting performance

reviews.

•Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for workshop, retail, and wholesale clients.

•Maintain compliance with Jeep & Alfa global parts standards and policies.

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with Jeep & Alfa service advisors, workshop

managers, and external customers.

•Prepare and analyze monthly reports on sales, inventory turnover, and parts performance.

•Monitor and control parts pricing, discounts, and promotional offers in line with company

policy.

•Implement best practices for storage, safety, and inventory control.

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/automotive engineering or relevant technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts management.
  • dealership or similar automotive brand.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts cataloging systems (e.g., EPC, DMS).
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
