This position works at Istanbul location in the Core Diagnostics Division that we’re empowering smarter medical and economic decision making to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.

Our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments and informatics systems are often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage order processing activities for assigned countries and distributors, ensuring timely and accurate order entry in SAP.
  • Monitor order flow, IDOC processing, approvals, and resolve order discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate backorders, product changes, and shipment schedules with distributors, planning teams, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
  • Support contract administration processes, including instrument, rental, sales, and related agreements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for distributors regarding orders, delivery dates, product availability, invoicing, and required documentation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to support payment follow-up, account reconciliation, and complaint resolution.
  • Monitor SAP system updates and process changes, ensuring smooth implementation and business continuity.
  • Support third-party purchasing (PTP) processes, including purchase orders, invoice tracking, and supplier payment coordination.
  • Maintain customs and trade compliance documentation, including bonded warehouse and import declaration entries.
  • Prepare and provide operational reports and relevant business information to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide ongoing support to Sales teams regarding order management processes, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics Operations, or a similar role within a multinational environment.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
