Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive process efficiency and digital transformation within our Marketing & Sales organization. Building on your existing professional experience in process and data-driven roles, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, analyze, and optimize business processes, while building innovative solutions with Power BI and Power Apps. You will also showcase your expertise by developing impactful dashboards, applications, and process improvements that enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Designing, analyzing, and improving Marketing & Sales processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to enable data transparency, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights.

  • Creating and enhancing Power Apps solutions to support business processes and increase operational efficiency.

  • Supporting process governance by documenting workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving automation.

  • Collaborating with Business Management and Project Managers to prepare reports, workshops, and presentations that guide decision-making.

  • Acting as a bridge between business needs and digital solutions to continuously improve Marketing & Sales performance.

Qualifications for the role

  • You bring several years of professional experience (ideally 3+) in a Marketing & Sales, Business Development, or business process environment — preferably in an industrial or technical B2B context.

  • You have already worked hands-on with Microsoft Power BI in a productive business setting and bring advanced knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and visualization — including dashboards you have built, maintained, and rolled out to real users.

  • You have practical, proven experience developing Power Apps solutions (Canvas Apps, Dataverse, connectors); experience with Power Automate and the wider Power Platform is a strong plus.

  • You bring demonstrable experience in process management — analyzing, documenting, harmonizing, and improving end-to-end business processes, ideally supported by methods such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Fluent English and German, both written and spoken.
