Role Summary
Abacus is looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Audit Department as Data Entry Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data while ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
- Verify and maintain records to ensure data accuracy.
- Organize and manage electronic files and documents.
- Support the Audit team with administrative and data-related tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: B.Com, BBA, BS Accounting & Finance, or any other related bachelor's degree.
- Fresh graduates are preferred.
- Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
