Description:%0ADirector of Supply Chain and Logistics. The Director of Supply Chain and Logistics will oversee, and be responsible for, all Procurement, Logistics, and Customs Clearance functions that support AAR Component Services Grand Prairie. Responsible for parts procurement, coordinating customer repair inputs, tracking, reporting, document preparation, inventory management, and process control. This role will develop and implement standardized procedures to ensure the efficient flow of materials and the effectiveness of the order fulfillment process. It will also ensure that requirements and workflows are aligned to meet both customer expectations and company established key performance metrics. The Director of Supply Chain and Logistics will report to the Director of Operations and will oversee multiple direct reports across the logistics and procurement departments.%0A%0AWhat you will be responsible for: %0AReduce part shortages while maintaining optimal inventory levels%0AFormalize forecasting, plan for each part to ensure accurate reorder points and safety stock%0AEstablish and implement formal PO management process and procedures %0ADevelop personnel in the Supply Chain and Logistic Departments%0AOversee inbound and outbound logistics for domestic and international shipments of aircraft parts and equipment.
