About this role
Join a well-established, high-volume practice in Boulder County that specializes in advanced surgical interventions for endometriosis.
This position offers the opportunity for seamless collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including general surgery, urologic surgery, and interventional radiology.
Key features of the role include designated robotic surgical time, with minimal on-call obligations limited to established surgical patients, eliminating the need for emergency department coverage for gynecology.
The practice is supported by an efficient clinical team, consisting of nurse practitioners and physician assistants who manage the majority of new patient consultations, allowing the surgeon to concentrate on pre- and post-operative care.
From day one, you will engage in a high-volume operating room environment, as the current surgeon performs 12-14 robotic cases weekly, with a patient waitlist extending approximately five months.
You'll be part of a physician-led medical group utilizing the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system across the organization.
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Gynecology (mandatory)
- Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain) (mandatory)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in GYN Surgery, with a strong emphasis on Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery; fellowship training or extensive practical experience is strongly preferred (mandatory)
- Clean malpractice record (highly preferred)
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (active within the last 30 days) (mandatory)
-
