As an Orthopedic Surgeon, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, treating, and performing surgical procedures related to musculoskeletal issues. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses of patients.
• Perform surgical procedures on musculoskeletal systems.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Current medical license to practice in the state.
• Completion of residency in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Strong surgical skills and experience in musculoskeletal procedures.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continued professional development and education.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.

Position Details:

• 1:4 call rotation
• Caseload: General orthopedics, some total joint if interested
• Hand coverage not included
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
