Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat urological conditions and diseases
- Perform surgical procedures as necessary
- Provide consultations and follow-up care to patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Educate patients and families on urological health matters
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Urology (or eligibility)
- 1-3 years of clinical experience in Urology
- Strong surgical skills and ability to perform urological procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Active medical license in the state of practice
Clinic Shifts: 8a-5p
OR Shifts: 7:30a-3p or 7a-3:30p
No call requirement
Clinic Volumes: 18-20 per day
Surgery Volumes: 6 per week
Bread-and-butter urologic procedures required
Robotics available
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
