Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress consistently
- Ensure timely documentation and updates in medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care
- Respond to medical emergencies in the hospital setting
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current medical license in good standing in [State]
- Experience in hospital medicine or related clinical practice
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and ethical standards
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred
Schedule: Day shifts
Patient Volume: 20 per day
Must be board-certified
