Manager Solution Design (d/f/m)

As a Manager Solution Design (d/f/m), you will spearhead the integration of advanced technologies, such as AI and generative AI and others, into our operational processes. Your main objective will be to identify opportunities to enhance planning and execution processes through technology, and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to drive these developments to success.

What your new challenge will look like?

• Analyze current operational processes to identify areas where technology can be leveraged to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Drive development and deployment of digital solutions using new technologies like AI and genAI

• Lead cross-functional teams, managing projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful implementation

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and manage external partners to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the logistics sector

• Shape and execute a technology roadmap aligned with our longterm strategic goals and objectives

• Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of digital solutions and continuously seek improvements

Why you belong at 4flow:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in deploying technology, preferably in the supply chain industry, and 2 years of experience in leading teams.

• You have a strong understanding of AI, genAI and other emerging technologies. and experience with digital solution development and integration.

• You have a proven track record in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and in translating business challenges into technical solutions.

• You demonstrate excellent problem solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making.
