Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As a Full-Stack Developer in the Innovation team, you will help transform emerging ideas, prototypes, and business opportunities into scalable digital solutions. You will leverage modern front-end technologies and Python back-end development to build secure, scalable, and high-quality applications that enable AI-powered products and enterprise solutions.

You will work closely with product owners, designers, data specialists, engineers, and business stakeholders to rapidly prototype, validate, and deliver innovative solutions. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working across the full technology stack, are passionate about user experience, and are motivated by solving complex problems with modern software engineering practices.

The Impact You Will Make in This Role

Full-Stack Application Development

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and Python-based back-end frameworks, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle—from solution design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces that provide excellent user experiences across desktop and mobile devices.

• Develop REST APIs and backend services that integrate front-end applications with enterprise databases, AI services, and third-party platforms.

• Apply software engineering best practices, coding standards, and clean architecture principles to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.

Front-End Engineering & User Experience

• Develop modern user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Convert Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and production-ready web applications.

• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.

• Build reusable UI components and integrate front-end applications with REST APIs.

• Ensure accessibility standards are considered throughout the development lifecycle, creating digital experiences usable by all people.

Back-End Engineering & Cloud Solutions

• Develop APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database structures to support enterprise applications.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2, JWT, or enterprise identity providers.

• Develop cloud-based applications using AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, and SQS.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application monitoring, and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams to integrate machine learning models and Generative AI services into enterprise applications.

Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, AI Specialists, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, and business stakeholders to develop innovative digital solutions.

• Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas that improve software quality, maintainability, and user experience.

• Explore emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools to continuously improve development productivity.

• Support rapid prototyping initiatives and proof-of-concept projects for new business opportunities.

Your Skills and Expertise

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Software Development, delivering web applications and back-end automations in production environments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical field.

Front-End Development :

• Advanced proficiency in React with strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and modern CSS.

• Experience building responsive, mobile-first, and accessible user interfaces.

• Experience with React or similar modern front-end frameworks.

• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.

• Experience in integrating front-end applications with REST APIs.

• Ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready applications.

Back-End Development

• Advanced proficiency in Python.

• Strong experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

• Experience implementing CRUD operations, authentication, authorization, and secure API design.

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and scalable backend architectures.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.

• Knowledge of Docker and containerized application development.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent platforms.

• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and application performance optimization.

Software Engineering

• Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, design patterns, and clean architecture principles.

• Experience with Git/GitHub, code reviews, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and modern developer productivity platforms.

Communication

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global organization.

Mindset

• Passionate about building innovative software solutions with strong attention to quality, usability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

• Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the main offices, located in Sumare, SP, Brasil.
