Skills Inc. is a leading aerospace supplier and role model for workplace inclusion. Organized as a nonprofit social enterprise, our mission is to expand employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.

Skills Inc. is one of the largest aerospace employers in Washington State and one of very few companies, outside of Boeing, that provides both manufacturing and special processing (finish) of aluminum components.
