Responsible for the economic success and development of the Hannover store, including managing a team of approximately 40 employees. Key duties include KPI-based merchandise management, implementing strategic decisions, and ensuring an optimal shopping experience.
Requires several years of retail experience and a completed commercial vocational training or equivalent. Candidates must have proven experience in leading and developing staff, as well as strong analytical skills for evaluating KPIs.
