Minimum Requirements

• Oil Burner Certificate or Refrigeration License (or willing to obtain in 90 days)

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a licensed HVAC Technician or similar role (apprenticeship experience not included)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and industry standards

• Ability to lead, mentor, and support faculty and students

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level, not required.

• 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience

• Experience developing training programs, mentoring employees, or leading teams

• Passion for workforce development and student success

Why This Role?

• Combine teaching, leadership, and technical expertise in one rewarding position
