Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role also provides general HR support, including onboarding, employee record maintenance, and benefits administration.
Requires 2-5 years of payroll experience, preferably with multi-state processing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR is preferred, and CPP certification is a plus.

As Payroll Coordinator with HR Support you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll while ensuring compliance with varying state and local regulations. This role supports both payroll and general HR functions, maintaining employee records, assisting with HR processes, and delivering a high level of service to employees across multiple locations. The Payroll Coordinator partners closely with HR and Finance to ensure consistency, compliance, and data integrity.
Requirements
Physical Demands:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee must be able to access all components of a workstation and other office equipment. Frequent sitting and typing and occasional standing, walking, balancing, kneeling and climbing. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
The salary WRA will offer will commensurate with experience.
