As a Wingstop General Manager, you are more than a manager. You are the heartbeat of your restaurant and the leader who sets the standard for flavor, service, and success. From energizing your crew to owning your four walls, you will lead with passion and purpose every single day.

In this role, you will:
General Managers are expected to maintain a consistent presence during key business hours. A typical weekly schedule includes:
GMs are responsible for ensuring the store’s weekly team schedule is completed and submitted on time, in accordance with company standards and any applicable local labor laws.
GMs are also expected to work the five busiest days of the week, based on projected store traffic, projected sales, and operational needs. All scheduling will comply with federal, state, and local labor laws, including rest periods, predictive scheduling, and required days off where applicable.
Pay Range: $15.3 per hour - $15.3 per hour

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
