The role involves managing inbound sales leads by responding quickly via phone, text, and email to schedule dealership visits. You will also maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure consistent follow-up with all assigned leads.
Candidates should be comfortable working on a computer and phone for the duration of their shift while maintaining a professional and organized demeanor. Previous customer service or administrative experience is considered a plus, though training is provided for the right candidate.
We are hiring a BDC / Administrative Assistant to join the front office at Whiteface Ford. This role owns the customer follow-up side of the sales process: answering and responding to inbound leads quickly, keeping appointments on the calendar, and keeping our CRM (DriveCentric) accurate and current. You are the first, fast, friendly touch a customer gets, turning an inquiry into a scheduled visit to the dealership. Selling the vehicle once the customer is in the door belongs to our sales team; your job is making sure that hand-off happens as often and as fast as possible.
Reports to: Melissa Schlabs (BDC / floor manager).
Compensation: $15 per hour, not commission-based. Standard Whiteface Ford benefits apply.
