The Shift Leader supports daily operations by overseeing team members, ensuring high-quality wash performance, and maintaining site cleanliness. They are also responsible for assisting customers with wash packages, resolving concerns, and ensuring all safety policies are strictly followed.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends in an outdoor environment.
