Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days) – 8 Hour Shifts (28 hours per week average)

Why be a Hygiene Operative at Brighter Foods?
The Hygiene Operative plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety standards and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Hygiene Lead this role is responsible for cleaning of site shared spaces, and production corridors. The position requires a strong understanding of hygiene protocols within a food manufacturing environment and the ability to work proactively to ensure all hygiene tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Due to the nature of this role, start times can be flexible, with all hours worked expected to fall between 7am and 7pm.
