The associate establishes standards in renovated departments by completing modulars and stocking various merchandise categories. They are also responsible for securing high-ticket items, maintaining clearance zones, and assisting customers during construction.
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age. No specific educational or professional experience qualifications are listed.
1. Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location.
2. Sets mods by printing mod sheets/labels, cleaning counters, installing ESL (where required), installing DSM, and linking mods to DSM labels (where required).
3.Stocks a variety of departments including General Merchandise, Fashion, Consumables, Grocery, Dairy/Frozen, and Fresh Departments
4. Follows guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance.
5. Assists in Shrink prevention by scanning all damaged and stolen merchandise in a timely manner.
6. Build new counters using kit sheets provided by the Warehouse Associates as per the print provided by the Lead Specialist.
7. Move counters using the appropriate equipment.
8. Merchandise endcaps, action alley, and side counters in accordance with accepted standards
9. May occasionally working in construction areas, and require steel toes and a hard hat.
10. While executing remodel responsibilities, they consistently demonstrate exceptional customer focus by proactively assisting customers in locating products, answering questions accurately, and ensuring a positive shopping experience despite ongoing construction activity.
