Position Summary...
This role is accountable for driving adoption and sustained execution of operational transformation initiatives across Walmart Canada stores. The position partners closely with project teams, Store Operations, Market Leaders, and Home Office stakeholders to ensure operational changes are implemented in a simple, scalable, and sustainable way that maximizes store adoption and business impact.
The successful candidate will support the end-to-end adoption strategy for operational transformation initiatives by influencing implementation approaches, monitoring post-launch adoption metrics, identifying performance gaps, and coordinating targeted support plans for outlier stores. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational changes are effectively sequenced, bundled, communicated, and embedded into store ways of working.
What you'll do...
Lead adoption planning and execution support for operational transformation initiatives by partnering with project teams to ensure changes are simple, scalable, and operationally sustainable for stores.
Monitor post-launch adoption metrics, operational performance indicators, and execution trends to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities related to transformation initiatives.
Partner with Market Managers, Regional Leaders, and Home Office teams to develop targeted action plans and support strategies for stores demonstrating low adoption or inconsistent execution.
Influence project sequencing, bundling, and implementation approaches across initiatives to minimize operational disruption, reduce change fatigue, and optimize store capacity for change.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop adoption tools, readiness plans, communications, training support, and sustainment strategies that improve field execution and associate engagement
Conduct root cause analysis on adoption challenges and operational barriers, identifying scalable solutions and continuous improvement opportunities to improve initiative effectiveness.
The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
