What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Operations serves as a strategic partner within the Vice President's organization, helping shape priorities, drive execution, and improve organizational effectiveness across Store Fulfillment. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, planning, portfolio management, and execution, leading high-impact initiatives from concept through implementation. Success requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across a highly matrixed organization, translate complex business challenges into actionable plans, and develop operating mechanisms that enable leaders to make faster, better-informed decisions. About the team:
Our team serves as the operating system for the Vice President's organization, connecting strategy, planning, portfolio management, and execution across Store Fulfillment. We lead the organization's business rhythm, strategic planning processes, executive insights, and cross-functional portfolio to help leadership focus on the highest-value opportunities. Working across Product, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and partner teams, we simplify complexity, accelerate decision-making, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver meaningful customer, associate, and business impact. We are a small, highly collaborative team that thrives in ambiguity and values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement. What you'll do:
Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and business outcomes.
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, governance, and execution.
Develop executive-ready business reviews, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Drive portfolio visibility through reporting, prioritization, and operating mechanisms.
Build partnerships across Product, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and other business teams to remove barriers and accelerate execution.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and enable continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and drive execution without direct authority.
Experience developing executive communications, business reviews, and governance processes that support decision-making.
Exceptional prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing talent, simplifying complexity, and delivering measurable business impact.
