The independent optometrist will provide eye and vision care services to patients within a leased space in a Walmart store. They will have full autonomy over their practice hours, patient scheduling, and fee structures.
Applicants must hold a Doctor of Optometry or Ophthalmology degree from an accredited school and a valid state license. Professional and general liability insurance certificates are also required.
