Manage a portfolio of existing customers by providing technical sales support, estimating services, and proposal development for electrical equipment and services. Act as the primary point of contact to identify growth opportunities and ensure successful project execution through coordination with field teams.
Requires experience in technical sales or account management specifically within the electrical services industry. Must possess strong knowledge of electrical apparatus such as transformers and switchgear, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The Technical Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting revenue growth and customer retention within an assigned portfolio of existing customers by delivering technical sales support, estimating services, proposal development, and account management for electrical testing, commissioning, maintenance, engineering, transformer, and grid equipment. This role serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, identifying additional service opportunities, and supporting long-term customer relationships.
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 annually with a bonus plan tied to sales volume and job margin.
