The associate is responsible for unloading flower shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and reporting any product defects. Additionally, they maintain the facility by cleaning coolers, washing buckets, and organizing inventory areas.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for 8 hours a day in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills, English proficiency, and availability for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are required.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Unload trucks of large shipments of flowers and greens, check the quality and accuracy of the received inventory, count and record shipments of flowers and greens as they are received, report defects or damages of received product, store inventory in coolers, distribute inventory to different locations, wash buckets, clean all coolers, clean equipment, and keep inventory areas organized.
