The Rental Consultant provides professional advice to customers to ensure they rent the appropriate products while managing equipment preparation and testing. They are also responsible for front counter service, including up-selling and managing client communications via phone and email.
Candidates must be graduates of a recognized photographic or video program with at least one year of industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computerized inventory or ERP systems is required.
Under the direction of Rentals management, the Rentals Consultant is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable and efficient advice and assistance to enable customers to rent the appropriate products on time via a positive customer experience.
