The intern will manage prospective student inquiries via phone and email while supporting enrollment initiatives for healthcare programs. They will also provide administrative support and maintain accurate communication logs for admissions services.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a graduate program at Batten University with strong communication and organizational skills. A background in customer service or a passion for healthcare education is preferred.
