Ihre Teams leiten, motivieren und betreuen, um eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise zu fördern
Unsere etablierten Einzelhandelsprozesse umsetzen und nach Möglichkeiten suchen, diese weiter zu verbessern
Für die tadellose Ausführung zentraler betrieblicher Abläufe des Einzelhandels sorgen, wie Inventur, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung usw.

Sie haben Erfahrung in allen Bereichen der Leitung eines Geschäfts, einschließlich Haushalts- und Planungserstellung, Einzelhandelsaktivitäten und Merchandising
Sie besitzen hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und unterschiedlichen POS-Systemen
Sie sind flexibel und würden bei Bedarf auch an Wochenenden, Feiertagen und in den Abendstunden arbeiten
