Lead and develop volunteer teams to create a welcoming hospitality culture for all guests from arrival to departure. Oversee operational systems, signage, and coordination between various ministry teams to ensure a consistent guest experience.
Requires 2-4 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of leading volunteers. A high school diploma or relevant education is required, along with alignment with the organization's spiritual mission and values.
