Greet and assist customers with merchandise while processing sales and return transactions. Maintain the sales floor by restocking inventory and pulling items for e-commerce orders.

Seasonal Sales Associates
University Book Store is looking for fun, upbeat people to work in our Student Store & Husky Shop at our flagship store on the Ave! These are seasonal, hourly, part-time positions that will begin early/mid-August and are expected to last through early January (including winter break). UW students, please note that we are not an on-campus or work study employer.

Hours
These are seasonal, part-time, hourly positions of 15-25 hours per week - schedule to be determined by your availability and department needs. Applicants with weekend availability (especially Husky football game days) will be given first preference.
Flagship hours:
Monday - Saturday: 10:00AM - 6:00PM
Sunday: 11:00AM - 5:00PM
*Store hours may change during busy periods.
Wage & Benefits
The wage for this position is $21.30/hour, and benefits include: merchandise discount on Husky merch and on student & art supplies; subsidized monthly ORCA pass; holiday pay and 401k Retirement plan. Additional benefits once hours requirements are met include sick pay and 401k employer match.
