The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, staging, and distributing materials while maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. Key duties include loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with inventory management to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of experience in a warehouse, construction, or manufacturing environment. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and a valid driver's license are required.

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials and products are organized, handled safely, and prepared accurately for delivery and installer pick-up. This position reports to the Operations Manager and is based at the New Berlin distribution center. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized warehouse environment, assisting with inventory management, and supporting order fulfillment processes. This is a full-time, first-shift position, Monday through Friday. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a regular basis. This position also provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations within the construction industry.
