You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing everything from order processing to product consultations. Additionally, you will actively support the sales team in lead generation, relationship building, and the execution of marketing activities.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a completed commercial or equivalent education. Proficiency in CRM, ERP systems, MS Office, and fluency in both German and English are required.

Du packst gerne spannende und vielfältige Themen an und hast Spaß daran, am Ausbau einer starken Marke mitzuarbeiten? Du bist Teil des Vertriebsteams am Standort Nürnberg. Dabei gestaltest Du Prozesse aktiv mit und
betreust Handelskunden in Deutschland. Für Dein Training on the job und
fachliche Unterstützung ist gesorgt.
