Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our growing Data Centres team, supporting the delivery of complex mission-critical construction projects and programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, client management, business development, and project delivery experience within large-scale construction environments.
While this position is posted in Toronto, we welcome applications from candidates across Canada. This role supports projects in Western Canada, including Edmonton, Regina, and Winnipeg. Candidates must be open to travel, rotational schedules, or temporary relocation based on project requirements.
The base salary range for this full-time role is $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
