Manage construction cost services including estimating, cost reporting, and cost control for complex new-build and redevelopment projects. Advise clients on procurement strategies, manage vendor bids, and oversee the final accounting and close-out processes.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant cost management experience. RICS accreditation and experience in construction consultancy for technically advanced facilities are highly valued.

Turner & Townsend are looking for a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support construction cost services for our clients. The ideal candidate will be driven and promote our Turner & Townsend purposes and values, supporting complex new-build and redevelopment projects within highly technical and advanced facilities environments.

The base salary range for this role is $120K-$145 USD. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
