Functieomschrijving
Impact voor een betere samenleving. Met die missie biedt de TU Delft hoogstaand onderwijs en mogelijkheden voor toponderzoek aan ruim 27.000 studenten. Study Programme Administration, het team waarin jij werkt, is onderdeel van het Education Service Centre en verzorgt de bouw en administratie van álle studieprogramma’s en de diplomering van onze individuele studenten. In deze superdiverse functie ben je de key-user van de backoffice applicatie OSIRIS en werk je met informatie uit de digitale studiegids.
Het doel: ervoor zorgdragen dat de administratieve onderwijssystemen, en daarmee ook de examenprogramma’s, zo ingericht worden dat gebruikers optimaal kunnen werken en studenten over de juiste programma’s beschikken.
Samen met je collega’s en de procesmanagers, die het team functioneel aansturen, werk je procesgericht en ben je van een aantal processen het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen van collega's en andere belanghebbenden. Je lost problemen op die collega's zelf niet kunnen of mogen oplossen en denkt actief mee in verbeteringen en mogelijkheden tot harmonisering en efficiency. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de functioneel applicatiebeheerders van de onderwijssystemen.
Je signaleert pro-actief nieuwe ontwikkelingen die consequenties hebben voor de administratieve organisatie en analyseert deze op haalbaarheid en uitvoerbaarheid. Je adviseert hierover de procesmanagers en je direct leidinggevende.
Een diverse functie waarin je met veel verschillende betrokken partijen samenwerkt. Zo adviseer en informeer je collega’s, examencommissies, opleidingsdirecteuren en coördinatoren, docenten, studieadviseurs en derden over de vertaling van de regelingen, examenprogramma’s en procedures in de systemen.
Tenslotte ben jij degene die zorgt voor voldoende, tijdige en gebruikersvriendelijke rapportages voor alle belanghebbenden.

Universiteitsdienst – Education & Student Affairs
Education & Student Affairs (ESA) ondersteunt het College van Bestuur en het onderwijs van de gehele instelling met (strategisch) onderwijsbeleid, met het voeren van de onderwijs- en studentenadministratie, coördinatie van het onderwijsbeleid, functioneel beheer onderwijsapplicaties en realisatie monitoring- en management rapportages, het begeleiden en ondersteunen van (buitenlandse) studenten en promovendi, het verzorgen van (didactische) trainingen, het geven van onderwijskundig advies en ondersteuning, en het aanbieden van sport & cultuur activiteiten.
ESA bestaat uit de afdelingen Policy & Implementation, Education Service Centre, Academic Services, Information Management en X en telt ongeveer 500 medewerkers. ESA staat binnen de TU Delft bekend om de hoge kwaliteit van haar dienstverlening en kent een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte cultuur.
