The role involves designing technical solutions and producing Low Level Design (LLD) documents for developers. It also requires managing stakeholders across operations, technical teams, and end customers.
Candidates must have a thorough understanding of ServiceNow OOTB change modules and various change models. Knowledge of domain separation and the TMF framework in a telecom context is highly advantageous.
