Lead projects from concept through tender and handoff, ensuring financial success and seamless execution. Manage budgeting, estimating, and coordination between clients, designers, and trade partners.
Requires 5+ years of experience in pre-construction or commercial construction with a strong ability to interpret technical plans. A post-secondary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
